BANISHING AND FORGETTING WITH CHAOS-MANTRA SIGILS

More than a year ago, I was contemplating on how I was having difficulty in successfully forgetting/banishing ov sigils (mostly visual ones), which had been activated. So, from contemplation ov thee above quote, I simplified it into a sentence ov desire and created a 9 letter, three syllable mantra in thee manner ov thee AOS method. Basically, I would get obsessed with this mantra, either mentally or audibly chanting it. At other times visualizing it written in flaming capitol letters encased in a flaming triangle, and then visualizing thee fire ov this banishing sigil burning up whatever sigil/desire was entering consciousness. I feel that this little mind-fuck trick has improved my success rates and its application helps with what Ray Sherwin calls the "positive non-desire" attitude. I have found that it can be used as a tool to cut through some neurotic tendencies.
Also, I feel that such daily regular practices as buddhist shamatha meditation, Tai Chi Chuan, and/or ritual banishings create a solid support for this meme-servitor to work its magick. While I have not tried it yet, I hypothesize that thee study ov thee philosophical perspective ov Phenomenology would be a valuable support and practice for this type ov sorcery.
I can't say that this has been a 100% effective exercise and sometimes it can get a little tricky working with certain aspects that have deeper seeds. However, I have found this to be quite effective for Work on alternate levels ov life and brings an air ov confidence to one's psyche.
