Autonomous Individuals Network (AIN23) is a collective of Individuals dedicated to updating and de-mystifying religious, occult, and esoteric thought. We are also dedicated to creating a world where Individuals can be free to express themselves by whatever means they wish to. We wish to break Control at all levels. We experiment with whatever methods we can utilize to accomplish these goals - magick, technology, poetry, musick, art, sculpture, cut-ups, remixes, exquisite corpses, networking, writing, new media, etc. "Smash the control images. A large part of the work of AIN23 involves networking and collaborating with other Frequencies of AIN23 and its allies around the world. Information is power, and the more Information flowing thru thee network, the more the network endures. We share our experience, hopes, dreams, and desires. Often giving each other support and advice on how to manifest them or coming up with innovative, creative, and magickal ways of finding solutions. We all grow together. As an extension of this philosophy, members of AIN23 also make time at least once a month (usually on the 23rd) to perform a sigil ritual that constitutes Contact with the rest of the network. It is the performance of this ritual that defines an "active" member of AIN23. "Reality designing is a team sport." -Timothy Leary WHAT ARE THE BELIEFS OF AIN23? AIN23 has no imposed belief structure. We are all Individuals, and as such may believe whatever we like. For the most part, people that are attracted to AIN23 do feel a certain sense of rejection from society's conditioning of normalcy or the accepted status quo, and a desire to break the chains imposed on them by that society. As such, we have a disproportionate amount of artists, musicians, writers, geeks, and the like in our midst. Upon absorbing the Information in 'Axiom 23' sometimes people assume that the collective leans to the left, both in the sense of the occult (Left-Hand Path) and in the sense of politics (Anarchism). This couldn't be further from the truth, as Individual members run the whole gammit of political and spiritual belief structures. "Set

Thee 23 with 4 dots (often chaostars) around it is a visual representation ov thee '23rd Current.' It is intentionally simple to give rise to Individual meaning and creative interpretation. Often it appears to take the form of a street sign or warning label to indicate thee magickal path and potency ov thee techniques we incorporate. When TOPY evolved into AIN23, thee Psychick Cross was abandoned as an official symbol for thee purpose ov distancing ourselves from attacks for the use ov it. Some Individuals find it to be a potent magickal symbol and may include it in their personal magick and art. It collapsed after being bulit on a foundation of untruths and misguided ideals. It gave birth to an amazing community of INDIVIDUALS who were all TOUCHED by a MAGICKAL moment in TIME. All of which had no desire to continue on fighting for something that had it's soul stolen anways. so it closed..and we moved onward to a new day. The youthful days of television have been left behind for the Automonous days as a full grown INDIVIDUAL. WHY THE CHANGE? To step into the unknown and embrace the fresh air. ..to leave the burden of the past behind while remembering it's lessons. .. to evolve as INDIVIDUALS and embrace the network of friends we have made along the way.. .to shed the skin like a reptile and continue on fearless. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN TOPY and AIN23? TOPY was the design of ONE person, with a desire to CONTROL a CULT for his own personal pleasure and egotistical growth, the ownership of TOPY has been claimed and we, as a community, want nothing really to do with that. The community that was recognized as TOPY, had a focus solely on SEX MAGICK as its foundation. AIN, has no sole focus, except to strengthen the WILL and DESIRES of our membership..but that is not a doctrine of Magick in itself. ..we believe that all and ever stone should be over turned and have no boundries on magick or sorcery of any kind.. as long as the INDIVUDAL using them is focused on doing so. AIN is also not OWNED.. and was the design of a number of key individuals looking to explore the foundations of TOPY and push them a little futher into becoming someting else a little more creative. . HOW CAN I BECOME A MEMBER OF AIN23? Details on how to become a member of AIN are given in the book AXIOM23. This book includes the information on membership and the form needed to request initiation. The purchase of AXIOM23 is the first step to joining the Network, it is the ONLY path accepted. You can order AXIOM23 here. I WAS ALREADY A MEMBER OF TOPY, HOW DOES THIS WORK? It works like this.. you ARE already a member of this network. You should send Thee Station a direct email and make contact.. You do not need to obtain Axiom23.. your file is dormant now and awaits you to open it again. WHAT IS THE "23rd CURRENT" ? According to members of this Network, The 23rd Current is the descriptive name given to the agregore of energy that surrounds the community of magickal esoteric types that are involved with chaos and other contemporary blends of occult knowledge and information, more specifically those that have some alliance to T.O.P.Y. Further it seems that members of I.O.T., and those who study Sigil Magick and the work of Austin Osman Spare, and also the teachings of Robert Anton Wilson are found to be involved with this current or "flow" of energy. The 23rd Current is not EXCLUSIVE to these few mentioned paths.. but we see these are the most well known and recognizable. Some see the 23rd Current as a beacon of sorts and that this beacon has drawn together an incredibly diverse group of individuals who adhere to it. The energy of the 23rd Current seems pushed by a core desire to bring Magick out of the Medieval Grimoire state of mind that it's practitioners (G.D., O.T.O.) have clung to for far too long and into the 21st Century. The Neoviduals involved with AIN see the 23rd current as a magickal stream coming from the un-conscious to the world which is set within chaos, the world being obviously chaos itself. The 23rd Current comes from within.. but exists everywhere. It speaks to us as intuition, but also guides us into mysteries without fear of ridicule…It's a form of bonding energy that members of this Network feel for each other and it infuses us with TRUST toward sharing our true thoughts and creative notions with each other. It also gives us the great strength to push our true desires into the flux of reality and time. In xtian groups, the 23rd Current could be comparable to a devotee's testimony… something that means a lot, but is vague and hard to actually describe. WHAT IS A FREQUENCY, COYOTE, KALI, OR EDEN? All these terms are used for someone who is or was active in thee '23rd Current'. They are used with a number (i.e. Frequency 402). Frequency was incorporated and used to replace Coyote, Kali, or Eden out of respect for privacy, anonymity, and from the understanding that gender is not black and white. Some members who were involved with thee '23rd Current' during the shift from TOPY to AIN23 choose to incorporate both. However, for the most part, this practice has been abandoned by Active members. The numbers have no meaning in and of themselves, they are merely a means to differentiate between Individuals. In TOPY Coyotes were generally localized to the USA, Eden and Kali were used internationally. Kali signified a female member, Coyote and Eden signified males. A common belief in AIN23 is in the magickal power of language. We feel that the manipulation of everyday phrases can break the automatic loop of "speaking without thought". We wish to control our own words, our thoughts, and expression. We can do this by consciously changing the language to meet our needs. Not all members "spell funny", although some find value in this form of wordplay. For thee sake ov clear communication this practice is generally kept to a minimum and for thee most part OV and THEE are thee only words which have been kept in use from thee olde TOPYspeak within thee network.
